Ingredients: Salt, hydrolyzed protien from milk and gelatin, brown sugar, monosodium glumtamate, natural smoke flavor, spice extractives. *This seasoning contains the allergen milk*.
Usage: Use 0.84375 lbs. of seasoning plus 1 oz. os SURE CURE to 10 lbs. of ground vension and 15 lbs. of ground pork. Add 2 lbs. of cold water, mix very well, process as bacon.
