Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms of Service
Presley’s Outdoors offers a mobile messaging program (“Program”), subject to these SMS Terms of Service. By opting in to or participating in our SMS Program, you agree to these terms, as well as our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
We may send promotional and transactional SMS messages, including order updates, marketing offers, abandoned cart reminders, and alerts. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Presley’s Outdoors at the number provided, using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt in via online forms, checkout pages, or by texting a keyword to a designated short code. Clear disclosure of the SMS program, message frequency, and applicable rates will be provided at the point of opt-in.

If your mobile number changes or is deactivated, any previous opt-in associated with that number will generally be removed automatically by your carrier. For T-Mobile customers, Presley’s Outdoors acknowledges that this process is automatic, and customers are not required to notify us of a number change to prevent messages from being sent to a recycled number.
7. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the SMS Program for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to content related to illegal substances, SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco), gambling, or high-risk financial services.
8. Compliance and Quiet Hours
We comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. Messages will not be sent before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM in your local time zone, unless otherwise permitted by law.
