Equipped with Ruger's Secure Action™ fire-control system, it features a protected internal hammer and bladed trigger safety for enhanced control. The trigger delivers a short, smooth pull with a clean break and positive reset for consistent shooting performance. The internal hammer design also helps reduce slide racking effort compared to many striker-fired systems.
Ergonomic textured grip frame ensures a secure, comfortable hold in a variety of conditions. The dovetailed, high-visibility sight system includes a drift-adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight, with compatibility for alternate sight colors (sold separately). Front cocking serrations allow for confident slide manipulation.
