Ingredients:Sugar, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Tomato Powder, Onion and Garlic Powder, Corn Starch, Natural Smoke Flavor (Contains Maltodextrin), Citric Acid, Spice Extractives (Including Celery Seed).
Usage:Use 12.625 lbs of seasoning plus 4 oz of Sure Cure to 100 lbs of 90% lean meat.
