Excalibur makes a few chili seasonings and they are all great! This one is an award-winner though, and a favorite at potlucks! Small Particle Size.

In an 8 quart sauce pan add: (3) 29 oz. cans of tomato sauce, 4 cups of water, 1 shaker bottle (5.5 oz.) of chili seasoning, 2 lbs. of browned ground beef (start with 3 lbs. of raw ground beef), (3) 15.5 oz. cans of drained and rinsed red beans. Simmer for 1 hour
Ingredients:Sugar, Chili Pepper, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Salt, Garlic Powder.
Usage:Use as desired to season your favorite chili or southwest soup recipe.
