Use: Rub liberally over beef or pork steak and place on a hot grill. Cook for 5 minutes and turn, cook for another 5 minutes or until desired doneness; Rare = 145º F internal temperature, Medium = 155º F internal temperature, Well Done = 165º F internal temperature. Serve with your favorite cold beverage.
