Use: Liberally rub entire surface of roast. Using a baking dish or roasting pan, place into a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Bake until desired doneness; Rare = 145º F internal temperature, Medium = 155º F internal temperature, Well Done = 165º internal temperature. For Prime Rib, bake at 250 degrees until 145º F internal temperature. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes after 145º F has been reached. Save the Au Jus for dipping. Serve with a dollop of horseradish.
