Usage: Mix 0.75 lbs. of seasoning plus 1 oz. of SURE CURE (included), mix well. Sprinkle on both sides of meat slices (25 lbs. of meat). Hold in refrigerator 12 hrs.Lay flat pieces on a pan in oven. Cook at 200 degrees for 4 to 5 hrs., remove and cool.
