Use: Use 1.4375 lbs of seasoning plus 3 to 5 lbs of cold water plus 1 oz of Sure Cure tp 25 lbs of meat.
Ingredients: Salt, corn syrup solids, spices, mustard, monosodium glutamate, garlic, onion and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Total protein is 1.28%.
