Ingredients: Salt, cane and maple sugar, sodium erythorbate 2.75%, sodium nitrite 0.60% and 1% sodium carbonate as a buffering agent.
Usage: Use 2 lbs. of cure to 100 lbs. of fresh bellies. This imparts 120 ppm of nitrite and 547 ppm of erythorbate.
